How FatahTech Invoice works

A walk through what the invoice generator does and how to use it: the fifteen templates, the things you can change about them, and the steps from an empty form to a printed invoice or a bulk ZIP export.

What you get

Fifteen templates

Genuinely different layouts, not one layout in fifteen colours — full-bleed headers, accent rails, centred mastheads, ruled forms and a compact receipt style. Every one is a proper A4 page and paginates correctly when the invoice runs long.

Make it yours

Pick an accent colour from the presets or any hex you like, choose between four typefaces, and set the density to fit twenty line items on one page or let three of them breathe. Add a logo and a drawn, typed or uploaded signature.

Print, PDF or bulk export

Print from the browser or use its Save as PDF option, with the invoice fonts embedded so every copy looks the same. For a batch, upload a CSV or Excel file, map the columns and download every invoice as a single ZIP — no server involved.

How it works

    Fill in the details

    Who is invoicing whom, the dates, the line items, and your payment details. Everything you type appears in the preview beside the form as you go, and your work is saved in your browser as a draft.

    Choose how it looks

    Open the template gallery to compare all fifteen layouts side by side with your own data in them, then set the colour, typeface and density.

    Print or export

    Print the invoice, save it from the print dialog, save it to reopen later — or use Bulk Export to turn a spreadsheet into a ZIP of finished PDFs.

Questions

Is FatahTech Invoice really free?
Yes. There is no paid tier, no trial, and no account to create. The invoice generator, all fifteen templates, printing and bulk export are free to use.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Your invoice is held in your own browser while you work on it, and saved invoices stay in your browser's local storage. Nothing is stored on a server.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Upload an image on the invoice details step and it appears on fourteen of the fifteen templates. The Minimal template is deliberately logo-free.
What currencies and languages are supported?
Over a hundred and seventy currencies, formatted for the language you are using, and the interface is translated into eighteen languages. The invoice document itself is translated into thirteen of them.
Can I edit an invoice after printing it?
Yes. The preview stays live, so change any field and print again when you are ready. Bulk export reads the spreadsheet you uploaded, not the current form.
